We have received our dock expansion approval from the Town Permit(2015), Adirondack Park Agency Permits (2020), New York Department of Environmental Conservation permits (2020). We currently have one individual who is suing the NY State Agencies for granting our marina dock expansion permits ! We feel confident we and the state agencies will win in court, however due to the current delay tactics we will have to push off building the new marina until the lawsuits are over.
